Sonibuy a track: what it means and how Sonibuyout® works

To sonibuy means to purchase a track once and become its sole owner forever. Here is what a Sonibuyout® includes, what you receive, and why the track leaves the market.

    What "sonibuy" means

Sonibuy is the verb that describes the Sonify model: you buy a track once and become its sole, permanent owner. It is not a subscription and not a time-limited licence — it is a transfer of ownership.

    What a Sonibuyout® includes

A Sonibuyout® transfers Master and Publishing rights. You receive the .WAV Master file, the multitrack stems, the rights assignment agreement and an ownership certificate issued in your name or your company’s.

Why the track leaves the market

The moment a track is sonibought, it is permanently removed from the Sonify catalogue. Nobody else can license, use or re-release it: exclusivity is absolute and verifiable through the certificate.

    Handled directly by the founder

Every deal is handled directly by founder Venanzio Giacomelli: zero intermediation and zero collecting-society fees (no SIAE, ASCAP, BMI, GEMA). The relationship runs straight from the producer of the music to its owner.

    When sonibuying makes sense

Sonibuying makes sense when music becomes a brand asset: idents, multi-year campaigns, sonic identity, film, series and projects where you cannot afford the same track showing up in a competitor’s video.
