Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made on sonifymusic.net (the "Service"), operated by Sonify OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia.
We offer a full refund, for any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase — even if the file has already been downloaded. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.
1. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at support@sonifymusic.net, providing your order ID and the email used for the purchase. No justification is required.
2. Refund processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank or card-issuer processing times are outside our control.
3. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the license or ownership transfer certificate for the track is considered void, and any commercial use of the track after the refund date is not covered by our license terms.
4. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account area. Cancelling prevents further renewals. Already-paid periods remain accessible until the end of the billing cycle.
5. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
