SoniBuyout® is Sonify Music’s ownership model: a single payment transfers full and exclusive ownership of one catalogue track to the buyer, the track is permanently withdrawn from the catalogue, and a signed ownership certificate documents the transfer.
In practice
You pick a track from the catalogue, pay once, and receive the high-quality master files, a rights-assignment agreement and a named certificate of ownership. The track is delisted so no competitor can use it. Because Sonify tracks are not registered with any collecting society, there is nothing to declare to SIAE, GEMA, SACEM, SGAE, PRS, ASCAP or BMI when the track is broadcast or played in public.
